What could be better than a warm August afternoon? Picture this: you’re stretched out in the sun, a free burger (or two) in hand, casually exploring the wonders of the Sun through a telescope. As twilight fades, the real show begins – streaks of light from the Perseid meteors slicing across the night sky. And when you’re ready to go deeper, the observatory doors are open, inviting you to uncover the universe in all its brilliance.
Timed as close as possible to August 12th – the peak of the Perseid meteor shower – Breckland Astro hosts its annual BBQ… or as we prefer to call it, the Star-BQ.
