The limited personal data we hold on members (name, postal address, telephone number and email address) is held following the principles of GDPR.
Data is stored using industry-standard encryption, and physical copies are kept in a locked box at the observatory. Both are only accessible by the Chairman and Membership Secretary.
We require written consent to keep this data to communicate with members.
